Port Protection Wilderness Lodge
All reservations are weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather or other delays we will work with you to arrange the next best possible booking. Tour dates start and end on scheduled flight days to and from Port Protection unless Guest has made other arrangements. Flight days are outlined on the link above. We highly suggest that Guests purchase Travel Insurance in the event of any mishap or emergency that may occur. Contact us using the link on our Home Page, specifying your preferred dates and number of guests in your party and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Because spots and dates are limited, we recommend you reserve your desired dates as early as possible. A $1,000 per person non-refundable deposit is the only way to reserve a date. Trip must be paid in full within 30 days of booking but no fewer than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. In the event of inclement weather or other delays we will work with you to arrange the next best possible booking to ensure you are able to make the trip. Cancellations made fewer than 100 days prior to scheduled arrival will result in a loss of 50% of the total package price. Cancellations made fewer than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the total package price.
All transactions are digital. Once we acknowledge and confirm your visit you can make your deposit and subsequent payment through PayPal at paypal.me/portprotectionwild. you will receive a receipt for your records.
